I was keen on a car I had seen advertised with Auto Direct and first called, and went in to have a look. Met Clay, Will , and the team at the dealership and they were all very friendly and inviting . Clay was the person who I dealt with and was very patient and helpful in answering my questions. Very happy with the car I ended up buying and with Clay's assistance with the sale. Was very comfortable throughout the whole buying process , which usually can be very intimidating. 😳 I do recommend these guys if you're looking for your next pre loved car A+++++

We just bought a car from this company and are thrilled with the people service and quality of the vehicle. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this team from the quick response to our initial enquiry through the ad page on a Sunday evening, right down to the test drive and the dealer taking the time to answer all of our questions. Our vehicle has not disappointed us in any way since purchase. The guys at the yard couldn't be more helpful to help me purchase a car for my sick father. He struggles to walk long distances the guys were really patient with us and helpful. Especially clay offering my dad a cold drink as he struggles. Marcus helped us pick the right car in immaculate condition. Definitely A1 service here next time I need a car I know where to go !

BEWARE!!! Do not buy from this dealer! I had to give it a these stars so this feedback will be seen. Go to all the low ranking stars. This dealer is dodgy, I had to spend $4500 on a $6000 car I bought from them. They tricked me firstly lying about the warranty said it gets emailed but never did. The car has a major issue where it started to shut down randomly in the first 2 weeks. I had to go through fair trading, where the outcome was not helpful so now considering going to tribunal. I found out this company has several complaints lodged at fair trading. Do not buy from them!

I recently purchased a 2015 Hyundai i30 from Auto Outlet Direct, and I wanted to share my experience. Overall, the buying process was quite easy. I was able to reserve the car with a non-refundable deposit over the phone, which was convenient since I had to travel from Newcastle to see it. When I arrived, the car presented well and drove nicely. However, I did encounter a clutch issue on my trip home, where it started slipping and sticking to the floor. I reached out to Marcus for assistance. While he was initially unable to help with the issue, further discussions led to him generously contributing a couple hundred dollars towards the replacement of the clutch. I would classify the service as fair and commend Marcus and Jesse for doing their best in a tricky situation. Their willingness to help after the fact made a difference in my experience. I would recommend Auto Outlet Direct for future car purchases, as they appear to genuinely care about their customers & reputation.

Recently we took a huge step and bought a new Toyota Kluger on line.. we are on the border of NSW and QLD and Auto Outlet was in Five Dock.. so far away.. Marcus was great he did a video chat and showed us all over the car.. that week I was so nervous but he kept in contact with me most days to reassure me and they had it delivered to my front door.. amazing The car is immaculate and we are more than happy to Thank you again
